We the team of sincere social workers with a passion to do something for the society came together and founded Spandan Yuva Pratishthan in the year 2010. All of us came from diverse filed, with diverse experience and diverse cultures, but we were united with one passion and that is working towards the welfare of the society.
The area where we first registered our NGO, Spandan, is surrounded by slums and people working on daily wages and migrated from other states for living with no formal educational background and no awareness of the education for their children.
The quality of education and interest in education was very poor among those children.
Initially, we focused on taking classes for these slum students and tried generating interest in education by means of different activities. We also engaged ourselves in creating and transforming a youth who can be an employable person by empowering him with ready to use skills and who can be accommodated in various sectors.
What we started was a small platform which increased manifold over the years and our work was recognized at the state level which got the attention of various corporates who approached us to implement their CSR activities in the area of our work. That’s when we started engaging ourselves with the CSR department of various organizations.
Since the last three years, Spandan Yuva Pratishthan is working with some well-known organizations in the state to handle good projects for various social causes.
We are happy that the path of social work will be continued and more and more students and people will be benefited through our organization, and we make an impact in changing the lives of the marginalized section of the society and uplift their lives by means of education and skill development by collaborating with organizations.
Spandan Yuva Pratishthan has a energetic team for social activities and CSR projetcs. We are working with them since last three years.My team has always good coordination and tunning while working with Spandan. They are real change makers and they give best result at the time of urgency.

SpandanYuva Pratishthan, taught students about the importance of trees and afforestation. They are also taught about the ways in which we can keep our environment clean and healthy.
The school students are less interested in science a study shows. We at Spandan organised Science Training for 2500 + students of various schools.
Tribal village in Igatpuri is far more behind of modern education system and technology. The language of these tribal students is also a small issue while teaching them.
As a human being, it’s our duty to keep the beach cleaning which will help to prevent water pollution and ultimately protect the environment.
